The Mo‘ili‘ili neighborhood is located in the central plains of the Waikiki ahupua‘a.  The names in this community are storied: King Street, the historic pathway of Hawaii’s kings; McCully, named for Supreme Court Justice Lawrence McCully under King Kalakaua; and Beretania, named for Great Britain, the 19th-century protectorate of the archipelago.
